Wireless Remote adapter for Revox B77 and PR99 (all versions) reel to reel decks Plug this wireless adapter into the 9-pin remote connector on the back of your Revox B77 or PR99 and be able to control Play, Record, Stop, Pause, Fast Forward and Rewind from across the room with any universal remote programmed to control a Sony VCR (universal remote included).Included pause memory or pause toggle. Press pause on the remote to engage pause and this unit will hold it until any of the transport buttons (play, stop, pause, fast forward or rewind) on the remote is pressed and then pause will disengage. If you don’t want this feature then a jumper inside the unit can be moved to disable the pause memory. Does not work from the buttons on the deck. Only works from the remote. Please be aware that I make each remote adapter custom when the order comes in. It could take up to about 10 business days before it ships. I’ve been making wireless remote adapters since 2006 with more than 1500 units shipped worldwide. I am an electrical engineer and started making unit for Nakamichi cassette decks for people on the NakTalk email list. Over the years my customers have asked me to make similar units for other models and brands of audio gear. This unit plugs into the 9-pin DIN remote connector on the back of the deck and will allow the deck to be controlled from any universal remote programmed for Sony VCR (VHS or Beta). Comes with a universal remote programmed to Sony Beta VCR to control the Revox B77/PR99 wireless receiver. Frequently asked questions What functions can I control? You can control the 6 standard transport functions: Play, stop, record, pause, fast forward and rewind. Can I control more than one deck? Yes, there are two jumpers inside for selecting Sony VHS, Beta, 8mm or laser disc. Up to four units can be located in the same area and controlled independently. Can I use my own remote? Yes, the wireless adapter responds to Sony VCR codes that are available on every universal remote I have ever used. It is probably the most commonly supported device, that’s why I use it. Includes a universal remote which I load with batteries and setup to work with the remote receiver so you can be up and running in minutes. Features: Small size.
