For models not equipped with factory hood struts RAISES HOOD HIGHER – Our system raises the hood 5 inches higher than the stock prop rod height providing additional access to the engine bay. BOLT-IN SYSTEM – This Hood QuickLIFT System is designed and engineering to use factory mounting locations. No drilling or changes to vehicle are required. Once installed, this system will lift and hold open your hood without the need of a prop rod. DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED IN THE U.S. – All components in our QuickLIFT systems, including our documentation will ship from our office in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Full color manuals will arrive that will walk anyone through this simple installation – our customer comes first. SIMPLE OPERATION – Simple one-handed operation, simply start to lift the hood and it will raise in a smooth and controlled motion.
