To lower them, you will need to remove the bed of the machine, where on the back of the free arm is a lever that will disengage your feed dogs. When the seven-piece feed dogs are not engaged, they “sink” below the needle plate, allowing you to move your fabric in any direction.Snap-on Feet Compatible The snap-on presser foot adaptor makes it easy to go from one foot to another. Simply press the button, and the presser foot will detach. To install a different presser foot, line it up below the adaptor and lower the presser foot bar until it “snaps” into place and you are ready to go.Free Arm/Storage The free arm is essential for hemming sleeves, pant legs, and other cylindrical items.
