This NISSAN/DATSUN brass door bush pin suits:All Datsun 510 ( 1968-1973 all body styles)EARLY 240Z If you have a good pair of hinge castings then kit includes everything to completely rebuild the hinges of two doors including: 1. 8 specially made brass bushes.2. 4 specially splined door pins. 3. 6 specially made retaining stainless steel rivets for the straps.4. 2 specially made retaining washer for the center rivet.5. 2 custom made springs which is identical to the original spring.6. 2 set of custom made set of double zinc plated steel straps.7. 2 Corrosion resistant brass spacer for the two shorter straps. 8. Printed general pointers to make rebuilding your hinges easier. This kit offers the following benefits over the standard parts:This kit offers these benefits over the factory kit including:These hinge bushes used in this kit are made of BRASS unlike the original items which are made of a cheap plastic so they are slightly smoother, and offer a much longer wear life then the factory items.All parts are made to a slightly closer tolerance then the original items which offers much smother door movement and extends the overall life of the parts.These parts are specifically designed to fit the Datsun models specified and will not require and drilling or any other modifications to fit.These straps are double zinc plated to ensure the best possible protect from corrosion an rust.
