General Shipping Information:

Does Same-Day Shipping mean I will receive my item on the same day I ordered it?

Same-Day Shipping means we will put your item on a UPS or USPS truck the same day you order it. Standard delivery times of 1-5 business days depending on your zip code apply. Same-Day shipping applies to weekdays only. All orders received between 3:01 PM Friday and 3:00 PM Monday will ship on Monday.

How long will it take to get my item?

If you would like to know how long it will take to receive an item, please send us a message through the eBay messaging system and we will be more than happy to help you (make sure to include your zip code). Do your parts have Warranty?

Yes, all of our items come with a 1 Year Limited Warranty. Some items have a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please see our Returns page for more details on our warranty and return policy.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can checkout as a Guest on PayPal using your Credit Card.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We charge 9.0% sales tax on all orders shipped to California. The sales tax may be waived with proof of a valid resale permit subject to Parts Galaxy’s approval. Requests to waive sales tax must be made before purchasing the item. We apologize but we are unable to refund sales tax after a purchase is made.

All requests for returns or exchanges must go through the eBay messaging system. Simply log-in to your eBay account, go to “Purchase History” on the left side of the screen, find the transaction, and select the “Contact Seller” option. Please contact us before returning any item so we may issue an RMA # and ensure the fastest possible service. Item’s returned without an RMA # will not be accepted.

New and Unused Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase. The items must be in original condition, clean, never having been installed, and complete with no missing components. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. There are a few things we recommend to ensure you are ordering the correct part:

Defective items are covered by our 1 Year Limited Warranty (Lifetime for certain products as noted on the item listing page). Customer satisfaction is important to us, so we are proud to stand by our products with this Warranty. The 1 Year Limited Warranty (Limited Lifetime for certain products as noted on the item listing page) guarantees the part against defect for 1 year from the purchase date. The Warranty covers the purchased part only, it does not cover labor, shipping, wear-and-tear, or any other fees or costs. In the event of a defective item, please contact us, and we will issue you an RMA # to return the item. Once we receive the item, inspect it to make sure it is ours and there are no missing components, we will issue your refund via PayPal or send a replacement unit. Warranty claims over 90 days are eligible for replacement only and require proof of installation by an ASE Certified Mechanic. We reserve the right to require the VIN for any warranty or incorrect fit claims.
